I have come to love/hate Apple. Love for making the internet and my listening to Pandora portable. I literally use to sleep with the laptop next to my head on the night stand tethered to it with earphones so I could sleep. Yes, I am one of those freaks who listens to music while they sleep. Cheaper then therapy and meds I guess.
So, anywho, I hate Apple for making a item that it so easy to use but costs so damn much!! I bought an iphone 4 years ago for the DH. We loves it and it kicked the pants (if a phone had pants) off that crappy Samsung Omni disaster of a phone we tried. So fast forward a few years and three, wait no four new versions of the iphone have been release, but to upgrade we have to give up the unlimited (truely unlimited) data plans. This I know is Verizon's doing, (that is for another rant err post).
I have been for months now, when I have the time and energy, looking at used, refurbished, new etc iphone to replace the dying one we have now. That damn button that gets used all the time is finally giving out and well, that phone is looking a bit beat up.
So, I finally broke down and bought a used one ebay. Now, after months of anxiety and nail biting over which version I should get to replace the old phone, I get to fret over the new "used" phone. I read about bad esn numbers, shifty sellers who say the esn is clean but it's not. Blah Blah Blah!
Ok, so the seller looked decent, 100% rating, been using ebay since '06.....Well, I'll find out soon enough if I got the shaft or if this transaction works out. I am not one to gamble ever, but the price was 1/4th of a new iphone. I couldn't pass it up!?!
Anyway, too much drama for a Saturday night! I am done and out.
